The flat was completely renovated by Steinmetz Investments, except for the floor. We also furnished most of the flat with furniture we selected ourselves.

We attached great importance to a modern design, but also to Mediterranean elements, such as the high-quality natural stone in the bathrooms and the kitchen.

We had the flat painted in a light shade of grey, which perfectly matches the floor and the cement-coloured kitchen design.

We also thought that black switches and fittings would go very well with the general colour scheme, which is why we implemented this accordingly throughout the entire flat.

Otherwise, we chose colourful designer chairs as well as colourful painting as a contrast.
